摘要

目的 建立生物样品中4种非苯二氮卓类新型催眠药的快速溶剂萃取-凝胶色谱检验方法。方法 生物样品采用快速溶剂萃取,凝胶色谱净化,GC/NPD检验。结果 4种新型催眠药的平均回收率均在83%以上,检测限为0.05μg·mL-1~0.1μg·mL-1结论 该方法可满足实际检案的需求。

Abstract

Objective To develop ASE-GPC method for analysis of nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic in biology samples. Methods The nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic was extracted with accelerated solvent extraction, cleaned by auto gel permeation chromatography and then the collected solution was analyzed by GC/NPD. Results The recovery rate is 83%, the limits of detection is 0.05~0.1μg·mL-1. Conclusion ASE and GPC method can be used in forensic toxicological analysis.
