    Objective To provide a extraction,purification and instrumental analysis method for the determination of basic abuse drugs in decay organism samples.Methods Abuse drugs extracted from organism samples by liquid-liquid and solid phase extraction were detected and quantified with GC/MS and GC/NPD.Using cyclohexane as the extracted solvent。and the Bond-Elut Certify cartridge columns were washed with methanol,and eluted by dichloromethane:isopropyl alcohol:ammonium hydmxide (78:20:2,v/v/v)mixed solvent.Results The morphine。codeine,estazolam and promethazine were all simultaneously detected from liver,stomach,heart blood and urine of the dead.And the drug concentration in Iiver was morphine 0.094μ9/g,codeine 0.257μg/g,and promethazine 0.110μg/g,in urine was morphine 0.334μ9/ml,codeine 4.054μg/ml,and promethazine 0.066μ9/ ml,and in heart blood was morphine 0.036μg/ml,codeine 0.106μg/mL,and promethazine 0.088μg/mL Conclution This method is nicety,reliable,and scientific,and it can be used in the analysis of kinds of basic drugs in organism samples in forensic toxicology.

    Objective To study the capability of element analysis for distinguishing different brands of shots.Methods Thirty shots in six kinds of projeetiles were analyzed by XRF.The data were carried t-test.Results Shots in the same projectile can’t be distinguished,but those in different projectiles can be differentiated completely.Conclusion The analysis of Pb,Sb by XRF can distinguish different kinds of shots effectively.

    The thicknesses of 14 pieces of blue car paint boards with similar color,which are produced by different facto— ries,are analyzed by SEM(scan electrical microscopy).The data of thickness are disposed by the SPSS(statistics program of SO— cial science)to carry t-test.The results show that the paint boards can be distinguished by total thicknesses and layered thickness.

    0bjective To study the enhancement technique of fingerprints developed by DFO(L 8 diazafluoren-9一one). METHOD The fingerprints were treated with DFO reagent and then were put into refrigeration,change the in the temperature to一120℃at the rate of一20"C.RESULT The fingerprints were enhanced at the temperature of一40"C and 575nm light. CONCLUSION The fingerprints on papers can be developed effectively with this method.

    Objective To explore the the relation between slope angle of duplicated trace and tooth slope angle.Methods Similated to duplicate model keys in sameness nipping manner,then observe and summarize the slope angel of profile modeling reamer trace how to change.Result Different tooth slope angle has different slope angel.Conclusion In tooth shape keys, the tooth slope angel increases,along with slope angle of duplicated trace decrease.

    Objective To study a newmethod for developing latent blood shoeprints,that is Hungarian Red.Method Using Hungarian Red solution to develop the latent blood shoeprints on the porous subjects and non-porous subjects,to compare the developing effect of the latent blood shoeprints on different subjects.Result Hungarian Red can be used tO develop the latent blood shoeprints.Conclusion Hungarian Red can develop the latent blood shoeprints on the non-porous subjects effectively.
