    Objective To establish a method for developing blood fingerprint and sweat fingerprint on noninfiltrate surface and semiinfiltrate surface. Method The microcrystalline fluorescent emulsion was used for both of blood fingerprint and sweat fingerprin t. Result The fresh blood and sweat fingerprint have been developed with this method, and the old blood and sweat fingerprint have been de veloped as well. Conclusion Compare with the traditiond me thod, microcrystalline fluorescent emulsion method has signifcant advantage and is a useful and reliable method for fingerprint development.

    Objective To explore the injure man n er of pelvis in traffic accident and evaluate its significance in scene reconstr uction. MethodXray photographs of fracture of pelvis i n 112 traffic accident cases,in which the injure manner(impact,fall or run-over) is know,were analyzed statistically with χ-2 examination. ResultsThe fractur e of pelvis in run over cases is serious evidently.The injury characteristic of pubis in impact case can help us judge the direction of impact. ConclusionsThe injury manner and the traffic status of victim can be deduced acc ording to the fracture characteristic of pelvis.

    Objective To investigate the genet ic polymorphisms of 15 STRs loci in Chinese Olunchun population. Metho d DNA samples from 101 unrelated individual s in Chinese Olunchun population were screened by Power Plex 16 System and ABI 3 1 00 Genetic Analyzer. Results The genotype frequencies of these 15 STR loci meet the HardyWeinberg expectation. The matching probability of 15 STRs loci were between 0.0094~0.3453, discriminating power(DP) at 0.6547~0.9906, heterozygosi ty (H) at 0.6436~0.9109, power of exclusion(PE) at 0.3022~0.8388, polymorphism i nf ormation content(PIC) at 0.4992~0.9146. The total TDP of 15 STRs loci is 0.9999 9 99999998. Conclusion the 15 STRs loci of Power Plex 16 Sy s tem are valuable STR loci genetic marker system having high DP and are useful i n forensic case work in Chinese Olunchun population.

    The method was made for sex estimation with b roken mandible.The sample consisted of 160 Chinese skeleton known sex,age range 18~75 years,and 52 females,108 males. The measurements (24 characters) were se lected from the mandible body between PM1 and M2 and were treated with SPSS, t test was made between left and right of mandibel body and regression functions w ere made for sexing estimation with broken mandibel body.The result showed that sex estimati on rate was 787% in male,769% in female and 738% in male and female.The me thod for sex estimation with broken body is very usuful for human identifi cation in forensic anthropolegn cases.

    Objective To set up footwear colle ction,shoeprint indexing system and develop a computer software for managing of information database. Method The different systems used a broad and domestic were surveyed and compared.The image processing technique was used and footwear from different manufacturers,shoeprints in crime scene and of suspects were collected. Result With this system,footwea r information has been administrated by computer and used efficiently. 〖WT5”HZ〗 Conclusion The footwear information system is fast and easy to opera te. It can be used in casework.

    Objective To study the symptomatic of thallium poisoning and find the way to recognize and confirm the thallium po isoning.Method Relative information from 11 thallium p ois oning cases was collected and analyzed. The characteristics of symptom of thalli um poisoning were summarized.Result Anaesthesia,pain and losing hair are the common symptomatic of Thallium poisoning.〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusi on The delitescence of thallium poisoning varies with the age,sex,b ody condition and the poison dosage,but the relation between the period from po isoning to death and age,sex is not clear so far.

    Objective To establish a method for developing fingerprint on the leather surface.Method New and old fingerprints on leather were freated with routine smoking method,filter paper sticking method and confrolling humidity method respectivelly,then the  results were compared.Result The controlling humidity me tho d shows the high success rate than smoking method and filter paper method.Conclusion Humidity control method is a new and effective method for developing the fingerprint on leather.

    Morphine and acetate morphine in the urine poi soned by heroin was analyzed by GC/ECD with liquidliquid extraction and three fluorine acetylation allyl morphine was used as internal standard, chloroform ∶isopropanol (9∶1) used as liquid extraction, derivatization regent was MBTFA. The relative recoveries of morphine and acetate morphine were 89% and 75% respe ctively, the minimal detection amount of them were 50ng and 100ng as above order . with the method, poisoned rabbit urine by heroin was analyzed, which illustr ate the method was sensitive and accurete to morphine in heroin poisoned urine a nd could be used to presume the heroin abuse.

    Objective To present a rapid analys is method of organophosphate insecticides in enviromental water. Method Organophosphate insecticides (including seventeen c ompounds) in enviromental water were analyzed by autoSPME and GC/MS,GC/MS/MS, fusedsilica fiber with 100μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was used and extract ion time was from 15min to 20min, the thermal desorption time was 3 min. Results The linear range of the detection was 0.1~ 1 0ng/ml(r≥0.99).The lowest detection limits (LODs)were 0.01~100pg/ml. Conclusion It is a rapid and efficient method in some fields,e.g. enviromental protection,inspection and quarantine,forensic toxicology,etc.
