Objective To establish a new method for DNA extraction from bone samples．Methods DNA of 11 bone samples was extracted and quantificated by using pressure cycling technology．Results Compared to traditional protocol，the pressure cycling technology greatly streamlined bone DNA extraction process，and DNA recovery rate increased from 6％to 49％． Conclusion Pressure cycling technology WaS proved as one of effective bone DNA extraction method in forensic application．
