Objective To develop a Solid Phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography method for determination of golpi— dem in bloo&Methods The Zolpidem in blood was extracted by Oasis column and analyzed by GC／NPD and GC／MS．Results The mean recovery rate of Zolpidem in blood was 88．6％，the limit oi detection was 2×10～／19／mL，the linear correlation coeffieient was≥O．9976．Conclusion The method is easy to operate and reliable．
