    The photocopy toners were collected and analy z ed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Photocopy toners produce d b y different factories and the different brands from same factories can be distin guished by this method. In this thesis an improved Munsons sampling method was employed. This method can avoid contamination of paper fiber. The results were stable and repeatable.

    ObjectiveTo analysis the mixedherbicides. MethodsThe mixture of triazine herbicides and acylamide herbicides wase analyzed by gas chromatography and the quantities of acetochlor and atrazine was determined. ResultThe linear interrel a ted ratios of afrazine and acetochlor are 09991 and 09999; the average reco v ery rate are 99.9% and 99.1%; the normal deviations are 0022 and 0024; the v ar iation ratios are 024% and 010%. ConclusionThe resu l ts show that this method is a effective method to analyse the mixedherbicides.

    ObjectiveIn order to evaluate the value of t hree Y chromosome STRs in forensic science. MethodsA multiplex PCR to amplify th ree Y-chomosome STRs lo ci in the same PCR reaction was set up. PCR products were analyzed using capi llary electrophoresis and GeneScan Software on the ABI Prism 310 DNA sequencer. A study of forensic application of three Y-STR loci were also carried out to ev aluate the useful value in cases investigation which include determination of th e sensitivity, cross reactivity from species samples other than human and geno typ ing DNA different tissues of the same individual. Furthermore, DNA genotyping of three Y-STR of bloodstain were carried out which different proportion of male and female blood were mixed. ResultsFamily investigat i on confirmed that DYS19, DYS391, DYS439 were in accordance with Mendelian inheri tance. No mutations were detected in 50 meiosis of germline analysis. PCR with m ixtures of male/female D NA showed that male component could be found in a ratio up to 1∶50 It was pro ve d that genotyping of Y-STR in some sexual crime should be prior to that of aut omosomal STR. ConclusionThe results of this paper sugg e st that three Y-STR loci-DYS19,DYS391,DYS439 are useful markers to indentity mal es and reconstruction of male lineages in forensic practice.

    ObjectiveTo study the standard of appraisin g the penetration depth of gun. MethodFor control gun a nd unknown gun, the penetration depthes(h1 and h2)on the same object and bul let diameters were measured. Put these data into the new formula:(d1/d2) 075(h1/h3)07=v1m1/5.24d2,then we get the s hortest depth(h3). ResultsRange of penetration depth was appraised. ConclusionAppraising the strength of wounding by guns in this w ay is simple and practical, helping to establish a standard of appraisal.

    Objective To investigate genetic polymorphism of 9 STR loci of the Korean nationality popu lation in Tianjin . Methord DNA samples from Tianjin the Korean nationality 184 unrelated individuals blood sample were screened by using AmpFLSTR○R Profiler PlusTM PCR Amplification Kit and 310 Genetic Analyzer. Results These 9 Loci meet the HardyWeinberg expectations.The TDP was 09 9999999996,PE was 09899 and the matching was 4.06×10-11. C onclusionThe results showed Profiler PlusTM PCR Amplification systems of 9 STR loci can be used in casework the Korean nationality populati on in Tianjin.

Met hod The derivation of MBTFA were analyzed by GC/MS, Resu ltQualitative and quantitative analysis conditions to this kind of drugs after trifluorine acetylation were set up. Conclusion The regulation to the products and some quantitative parameters after de rivatization by GCMS were determined.

    Objective To complete the investigation of ge netic polymorphism of Ychr omosome STR loci of Han population in Zhejiang, and provide the basal data for i ts forensic application. Method DYS389Ⅰ、DYS389Ⅱ、DYS4 3 9、DYS438 and DYS392 loci were amplified by using YPLEXTM5 PCR Amplifica tion K it and the products were analyzed by 3100 genetic analyzer, 200 unrelated male i ndividuals of Han population in Zhejiang were investigated to determine the dist ributions of allele frequencies and haplotypes. Results 4 、7、5、4、6 alleles were found in 5 YSTR loci and the GD value were 05868、 07779、06734、0 5062 and 06328 respectively. 95 haplotypes were found in 5 YSTR loci, of which 5 4 were unique, 15 were found in 2 individuals,12 were found in 3 individuals,5 were found in 4 individuals,4 were found in 5 individuals, 1 were found in 6 in dividuals, 1 were found in 7 individuals, 2 were found in 8 individuals, 1 were found in 11 individuals, and the observed haplotypes diversity value was 09920 . Conclusion The 5 YSTR lo ci are highly polymorphic and are suitable for forensic application in Zhejiang.

    Human identification by small bone fragments is the active field in forensic an thropology with the method of bone histologyforensic bone histology. The fore nsic bone histology consisted of two parts in forensic anthropology. 1. The bone fragments are belong to human being or belong to any kind of animals , the research including bone histological characters of human being and animals . 2. The bone histological study of human being included the age estimation for human being identification with the humerus, femur, tibia and clavicle, and the method evaluation for bone histological age estimation.
