ObjectiveTo evaluate t he feasibility of ToxiLab system to identification of morphine in urine of the suspect drug addict. MethodsThe positive urine was tested by To xiLa b system and confirmed by GC/NPD and GC/MS. Results\ The speci ficity of the ToxiLab for the identification of morphine in urine of the suspect dru g addict was 100%. Conclusion\ Applying ToxiLab system to i dentification of morphine in urine of the suspect drug addict was feasible.

ObjectiveTo set up a method for d e veloping latent blood fingerprints on porous surfaces with sliver physical devel oper. Methodporous surfaces with blood latent fingerprin ts was soaked with sliver physical developer solution, sliver particles attach ed to latent fingerprints. ResultColor of ridges develop ed by the method is grayblack, continuous, and the contrast is high. ConclusionSliver physical developer is effective for the development of latent blood fingerprints on porous surfaces.

ObjectiveTo establish a A10C4 multiplexing YSTR system and study their application in forensic sci ecce. MethordsDNA samples were screened by using A10C4 mu ltiplexing YSTR system and 3100 Genetic Analyz er. ResultsA10、C4 loci were found 6 allele respectively ,and 23 different haplotypes. The power of discrimination of this system was 0.91 84. ConclusionOur results showed A10、C4 multiplex ampli cation system had relatively high polymorphism and applied value in individual i dentification of male/female mixtures and paternity identification.

ObjectiveTo compare ho memade and commercial g oldlabeled strips of antihuman seminal protein of P30 to explore and d efine their availability on forensic examination. Method Titers and sensitivities were detected with the antigen of a mixture of seminal fluid from 6 people and the purified human prostate specific antigen, whereas sp ecificities were with feminine vaginal secretions, human sera, human saliva and human colostrums, and the power identifying human seminal stains was established with old human seminal stains and blinddrawn material evidences. R esultsFor the titers and sensitivities the homemade strip of gold labeled antihuman seminal protein of P30 was equal to the better ones of those commercial, but on specificities the homemade one is at least eq ual o r even better than the commercial ones, having no reactions against the tested s ubstances used for the establishment of specificity, however the commercial ones were most of all having nonspecific reactions. Conclusion It is very important to select the strips adaptable to the requirements of f orensic examination, so there exists a necessity to define their forensic availa bility for commercial strips before use.
