Evidence contamination is one of the most important factors affecting results of evidence analysis. With the increased sensitivity o f evidence analysis methods, especially forensic DNA analysis, the risk of evide n ce contamination has greatly increased. Potential contamination of physical evid ence occurs in crime scene or forensic science lab in many ways with a lot of po ssible r esources. The use of suitable protocols in crime scene and lab can prevent and i dentify evidence contamination, which minimizes the risk of evidence contaminati on.

Objective To complete the study of genetic polymorphis m of Y STR loci of Han population in Zhejiang, and provide the basal data for its foren sic application. Methods 16 Y-STR loci were amplified by using Y filer PCR amplification Kit, 203 unrelated male individuals of Han population in Zhejiang were investigated to determine the distributions of allele frequenci es and haplotypes. Results 4~13 alleles were found in the prev iew 15 YSTR loci, and 47 haplotypes were found in DYS385a/b locus. The GD valu e was from 03918 to 09609〖KG*4〗199 haplotypes were found in16 YSTR loc i, of whic h 196 were unique, 2 were found in 2 individuals,1 were found in 3 individuals, and the observed haplotypes diversity value was 09998Conclusio n the 16 YSTR loci are highly polymorphic and are suitable for forensic application in Zhejiang. 

Objective To develop a highperformance liquid chromat ographic method for determination of nikethamide in human blood and cerebrospina l fluid. Methods The compounds was extracted from blood or cere brospinal fluid by liquidliquid extraction using dichloromethane after blood o r cerebrospinal fluid was adjusted pHThe extracts were analyzed by HPLC. Result Linear limits of nikethamide determination in blood ranged from 05μg/ml to 100μg/ml (R2=09993). Linear limits of nikethamide determination in cereb rospinal fluid ranged from 01μg/ml to 100μg/ml (R2=09996).Limit of detec tion was 5ng(S/N≥3).The extraction recovery was over 60% and its coefficients of variation were less than 6%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, rapid and suitable for determination of niket hamide in human blood a nd cerebrospinal fluid for toxicological and clinical pharmaceutical analysis.

Objective To study the method for examining the handwriting of a adult whose writing habit is instability. Methods Analyzing a adult handwriting characters through true cases. Results the instability writing habit is an important reason that resulting in a adults handwriting variety, and it is also an exception for a adults natur al handwriting. It can be examined by methods used for normal handwriting examin ation. Conclusion an evaluative standard for the nonessent ial difference between questioned handwriting and sample can be used to examine the handwriting of a adult whose writing habit varied quickly in sho rt time.
