    Objective To establish HPLC method for analysis of alkaloids in aconitum plants. Methods XTerra TM -RP-18column 5μm,(250mm×4.6mm); the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile∶10mmol/L ammonium hydrogen carbonate buffer,a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detection wave at 233nm. Results 12 samples of five aconitum plants were analyzed successfully. Conclusion The results indicated that the kinds and contents of alkaloid compounds varied significantly from species to species and locality to locality. Hence, quality control of aconitum drugs is in great demand.

    A new method of detecting the transparent physical evidence on transparent material,phase filtering method is introduced. By adopting modem optics information processing technology and changing frequency spectrum of optical signal, zero frequency spectrum was enabled to interfere with the first class frequency spectrum. Therefore modulation from the phase to the intensity was realized, and transparent physical evidence on transparent objects was finally observed and detected.

    Objective To establish a GC/MS analysis method for determination of clozapine in burned internal organs tissue of human body. Method The samples were extracted with supersonic wave and trifluoromethane, dissolved with benzene purified then analysed by GC/MS. Results Clozopine in burned internal organs tissue was detected successfully. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate, reliable, and suitable to poison cases, the method also can be used for clinical medicine observation.

    Objective To establish a species identification method by PCRRFLP analysis of the cytochrome b gene. Methods Using a pair of universal PCR primer, samples from 15 species of animals and human were amplified and the RFLP patterns were generated by the restriction endonuclease Alu I. Results The PCRRFLP patterns of 15 species of animals except the mud eel were different from that of the human. Conclusion Identify the species by PCRRFLP analysis of the cytochrome b gene is a simple and exact technique. It is valuable in species identification of forensic science. 

    Objective To establish a method to distinguish adhesive tape MethodFTIR was applied to analyzed the gelatine and adhesive tape holder of each adhesive and each characteristic peak was observed. Results Examination of adhesive tape is rapid and exact. Conclusion The method is accurate and concision dosage of check is very litte .This is very useful to checkout adhesive tape of taping and handle official business.

    Objective The paper is to set a steady experimental system for doublesolvent extraction, then achieve the goal of estimate the writing-time of ball pen inks. Methods Weak solvent(chlorlbenzene) and powerful solvent(NN dimethyl foramide) were used to extract ball pen inks on the paper, then drop the fluid extracted in the silica gel board, get the absorb peak using thin layer chromatography scanning instrument. According the absorb peak, calculate relative extractionrate and standard deviation. Resluts Get optimum experimental conditions: the volume of weak solvent is 10μl; the quantity of sample is 10~15 ink spots; the time of weak solvent dissolution is 60s and the volume of powerful solvent is 10μl. Conclusion The paper optimize the method of doublesolvent extraction, furthermore improve the accuracy and reliability of the method.
