ObjectiveTo develop a method for the extraction and examination of total DNA of Yunnan Cannabis. MethodThe improved isolation method of SDS were used to extract the total DNA of Cannabis, and DNA were examined by PCR. ResultsThe DNA polymorphism has been examined successfully by the cannabis sativa special primers which had been screened. ConclusionThe DNA of cannabis can be extracted and detected efficiently by this method, which provides the basis for the identification of different species of cannabis.

ObjectiveTo present a method for accelerant gasoline identification in fire debris. MethodIgnitable liquid residues from fire debris samples were adsorbed and concentrated by automatic thermal desorption system, then analysed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. ResultThe target compounds of gasoline were detected. ConclusionThe means is simple, convenient and practical.

ObjectiveTo establish a HPLCESIMS/MS method for determination of Bromadiolone in whole blood. MethodsAfter Bromadiolone in whole blood were extracted by ethyl acetate, the samples were separated on Restek Ultra C18 (150 mm×2.1 mm×5μm) at a constant temperature of 23℃ by using CH3OH as a mobile phase .The flow rate was 200μl/min. Detection was performanced on an electrospray ionization ( ESI) in the negative mode. ResultsCalibration curves were linear within the range of 0.1~50mg/land the limit of quantitation was found to be 0.028ng. The extraction recovery were 94.34% and the RSD were 7.3%. ConclusionThis method is simple, sensitive and accurate for the determination of Bromadiolone in poisoncases.

To found a quick and sensitivitive method to screen familiar toxicants.MethodsA user's library of spectrum of familiar toxicants was build up and a optical condiction to separate and analyze the toxicants was selected. ResultsA user's library of spectrum containing 1306 toxicants has been built; a method to screen pesticides automatically has been edited;the RT and detection limit of 150 toxicants have been attained; ConclusionThe method is quick sensitive and reliable. It can take place of the manual operation of MS searching.

ObjectiveTo explore the method of verifying portrait with the faintness clustering analysis. MethodUse the faintness clustering analysis in the portrait verifying to classify the samples, confirm the clustering state under the given condition and obtain a practical classification. ResultFaintness clustering analysis can verify the portrait classification effectively. ConclusionThis method has certain practicality for casework.

Currently nuclear acid fingerprinting analysis is one of the most useful approaches in bioforensics or microbial forensics, which is an entirely new discipline to detect the properties and resources of bioagents used in biocrimes. This paper describes the principle, procedure, characteristics and the actual application of VNTR/MLVA、PFGE、AFLP、SNP methods in nuclear acid fingerprinting techniques. Some suggestions to develop forensics in China are put forward.
