    Objective To explore the capability of spectral imaging for idengtification of same colour cotton fibers.MethodsTen red colour cotton fibers, ten blue colour cotton fibers and ten black cotton fibers were analyzed by spectral imaging.ResultsThe rate of discrimination for the red fiber, blue fiber and black fiber are 62.2%, 77.8% and 69.6% respectively. ConclusionWith the spectral imaging method, most same colour cotton fibers can be identified.

    15 kinds of windscreen glass are collected and analyzed by oil immersion method and Xray Fluorescence.The data of refractive index are disposed by the SPSS(statistics program of social science ) to carry ttest.The results show that most of windscreen glass can be distinguished by refractive index and the rest can be distinguished completely by elemental components. The combination of both methods is an effective means of discriminating windscreen glass.

    ObjectiveTo establish aHPLC method for analysis alkaloids in Aconitum plants. MethodsXTerraTMRP18 5μm column,(250×4.6mm); the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile∶10mmol ammonium hydrogen carbonate buffer,a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detection wave at 233nm. ResultsThe established method could analyze four Aconitum plants successfully. ConclusionThe results indicated that we should detect C8acetyl group and C14 anisoyl group alkaloids in forensic medicine monitoring.

    Objective To display the destroyed cell phone's inner information .MethodsStore telephone numbers and short messages which have obvious quantity difference respectively on the memories of two mobile telephones with the same brand and type, and take off the two memories and exchange, then observe information stored.ResultsThe inner information can be fully displayed if the storage chips are not damaged. ConclusionBy exchanging the same model chip of the phone, the integrality of memory information have been proved in a undamaged chip.

    This paper presented a study on the separation of dye mixture in rollerball pen inks and identification of the sorts of ink samples. The components in blue rollerball pen inks were analyzed by HPLC, samples were divided into different categories according to the separation results; 22 samples were successfully distinguished. Meanwhile, the effect of paper materials, the limit of detection and the repeatability of the results were also explored.

    To compare different methods for detecting triazolam and its metabolites αhydroxytrazolam.Triazolam and its metabolites αhydroxytrazolam in rabbit body were detected by GC/NPD、GC/MS、MS/MS and GC/ECD respecticely. GC/ECD was the most sensitive to assay riazolam and its metabolitesαhydroxytrazolam. Urine,the stomach and their content samples were easy to analyzed. This method was the most effective.
