    The method for separation and simultaneous determination of hydrocarbon,aromatic and sulfur compounds in residue of gasoline,kerosene,diesel—fuel from fire debris by SPME-GC/MS/PFPD was established.Based on detection of sulfur compounds,the interference of hydrocarbon,aromatic compounds from decomposition products of polymers in fire scene have been solved.

    Objective To develop aqualitative and quantitative analysis method for the determination of amphetamine-type stirnulants in blood samples using solid-phase extraction combined with GC/MS and GC/NPD.Methods The samples were extracted by solid-phase extraction with Bond-Elut Certify cartridge.Analytes were washed with methanoi,and eluted by dichloromethane/ isopropyl alcohol/ammonium hydroxide(78/20/2,v/v/v)mixed solvent.The optimum conditions for extraction,such as pH。dilution and elution conditions were studied in detail.Abuse drugs extracted from blood by solid-phase extraction were de— tected and quantified with GC/MS and GC/NPD.Results The experimental results indicated that linear calibration curves were obtained in blood concentration ranges of 15ng/mL~2000ng/mL for AM,10ng/mL~1600ng/mL for MA,20ng/mL~3000ng/ mL for MDA and MDMA and good limits of detection 10ng/mL for AM,8.0ng/mL for MA,15.0ng/mL for MDA and MDMA by GC/NPD.The method recovery were more than 85%,and RSD<5%.The method was validated and showed good limits of detection( 32.0ng/mL for MA,60.0ng/mL for MDA and MDMA)by GC/MS.Conclusion The method developed may be ap— plied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of amphetamine-type stimulants in blood.

    Objective To present a practical method for distinguish of antemortem sharp instrument injury and postmortern sharp instrument injury.Methods The models of sharp instrument injury were made on depilated rabbits,and then the pathologic features were studied under microscope.Results After death,the hemorrhage quantity and speed of rabbit reduced with time going.30 minutes after the death,the forming process of sharp instrument injury were different with the antemortem injury, but 12 hours after the death,the visual observation result indicated that it WflS veTy difficult to distinguish the postrrtⅪtem i巧ury from antenqortem injUryo l hour and above after death。the wound edge of the sharp instrument injuries were not dyed by the blood. Conclusion In 60~90 minutes after death,the sharp instrument injuries can be distinguished from antemortem sharp injuries.

    0bjective To Study the genetic polymorphism Of short tandem repeat(盯R)loci of Han population in Zhejiang province,and evaluate their forensic application.Method D6S474、D12ATA63、D22S1045、DLOSl248、D1S1677、 D11S4463、D1S1627、D3s4529、D2s441、D6S1017、D4$2408、D19s433、D17S1301、D1GATAll3、D18s853、D20S482、D14S1434、 D9S1122、D2S1776、D10S1435 and D5S2500 loci were amplified by using an AGCU 2l+l PCR amplification Kit,and analyzed by 3130XL genetic analyzer.481 unrelated individuals of Han population in Zhejlang province were investigated tO determine the dis— tributions of allele frequencies.Results Allele distributions of the 21 loci have been obtained,8、11、9、10、8、9、6、5、13、9、6、15、 8、7、8、9、8、9、9、16、7 alleles were found in the preview 21 STR loci.The Combined discrimination power(DP)and excluding proba— bility of patemity(EPP)of 21 loci is 1-2.26X i0--20and 0.999999518,respectively.Conclusion nle 21 STR loci are highly poly— morphic and suitable for forensic personal identification and paternity testing.

    Objective To test the amplification of the AGCU 18 STR Loci Direct PCR Amplification Kit for single source samples spotted on filter papers or FrA@Cards.Methods 675 samples(including 432 database samples。75 paternity testing samples。168 case samples)spotted on filter papers or FrA@Cards were tested with AGCU 18 STR Loci Direct PCR Amplification Kit.Results The genotype profiles of AGCU 18 STR Loci Direct PCR Amplification Kit are consistent with ID kit and PPl6 kit.Conclusion The AGCU 18 STR Loci Direct PCR Amplification Kit gives a newapproach for DNA database.casework and paternity testing.

    The magnifications of different points of pictures photographed in different loci and different angles were meas— ured,then the curve of magnification for each point of the picture was obtained by the statistical analysis.With the curves,a func— tion for each point's magnification was obtained using linear regression and non-linear regression.By this function,the length between tWO points on the picture can be calculated.

    Objective To establish high voltage electrostatic method for development of fingerprints on metal surface, Methods Thefingerprints on brass,iron,aluminum and stainless steel were developed with high voltage electrostatic method after they were left l day。3 days.7 days and 15 days.The results of the magnetic powder method and the high voltage electrostatic method were compared.Results The high voltage electrostatic method is more effective than the magnetic powder method. Conclusion High voltage electrostatic method is simple and effective for development of fingerprints on metal Surface.
