Objective To develop ASE-GPC method for analysis of nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic in biology samples. Methods The nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic was extracted with accelerated solvent extraction, cleaned by auto gel permeation chromatography and then the collected solution was analyzed by GC/NPD. Results The recovery rate is 83%, the limits of detection is 0.05~0.1μg·mL-1. Conclusion ASE and GPC method can be used in forensic toxicological analysis.

Objective To develop accelerated solvent extraction methods for determining organophosphorus pesticides in blood sample. Methods Organophosphorus pesticides were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction method with optimized parameters, and purified by the alumina powder online. Concentrated elution was analyzed with GC/FPD. Results The recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides were larger than 70%. A good linear relationship was obtained at the concentration range of 0.05μg/mL~5μg/mL. The limit of detection was prior than 20ng/mL for signal to noise ratio(S/N) being 10.Conclusion The proposed method can be used to extract organophosphorus pesticides in biological specimens due to its superiority comparing with other traditional extracting methods.

Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of 15 autosomal short tandem repeat(STR)(FGA、vWA、CSF1PO、D3S1358、D5S818、D7S820、D8S1179、D13S317、D16S539、D18S51、D21S11、D2S1338、D19S433、D6S1043、D12S391)loci of the Africa population living in Guangzhou city. Methods 122 unrelated individuals of the Africa population were tested by using SinofilerTM kit, genetic polymorphisms data was analyzed by Powerstats V12、Genopop 3.4、Mega 3.4 software. Results The combined discrimination power(DP) and power of exclusion (PE) is 1-5.80147×10-18 and 1-8.6019×10-8, the Africa population living in Guangzhou city data denotes significant differences for the native Han population in Guangzhou, and is close to the Africa population in Bahamas. Conclusion The SinofilerTM kit is suitable for the Africa population living in Guangzhou in forensic personal identification and paternity test.Furthermore, this population was compared to the native Han population in Guangzhou, showing significant values in the racial distinction.

Objective To investigate the effect of fingerprint reagent EOS to DNA test and explore methods for testing DNA from blood fingerprints treated with EOS.Methods The blood samples treated by EOS were wiped with water, wiped with alcohol, and scraped with scalpel, then the DAN were analyzed with ABI 3100 Genetic Analyzer and the results were compared. Results STR loci were genotyped successfully in the sample which was scraped and alcohol treated. Conclusion Scraping the samples and then treating with alcohol is the best way to extract DNA from the blood fingerprint treated by reagent EOS.

We aim to describe the forensic motivations for DNA-based prediction of human externally visible traits as well as the scientific challenges of finding predictive DNA markers, and will discuss examples with promising(e.g.sex,eye color and hair color),as well as less promising expectations(e.g.adult body height, human facial morphology). It offers some references for further study.
