    Objective To establish a method for detecting TNT and DNT by dual buffer systems Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography.Methods TNT and DNT were separated in two different buffer systems by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography, and their migration times(Tm) were determined.Results TNT and DNT were qualified accurately through their two migration times(Tm).Conclusion This method is simple, easy operation, and is available for the qualitative detection of TNT and DNT in the actual cases.

    Objective To select low cost, high performance and good stability internal standard substances for quantitative determination of opiate and amphetamine.Methods twenty-six common pharmaceuticals were tested by GC/MS and GC/FID, and then the retention time, peak width and sensitivity were studied.Results Tihexyphenidyl hydrochloride, menadiol acetate and cyproheptadine are suitable as the internal standard substances for the determination of opiate, and Mexiletine are suitable as the internal standard substance for the determination of amphetamine.Conclusion The selected internal standards can be used in drugs analysis laboratory.

    Objective To investigate the influence of crime scene environment on the variation of stomatal apparatus of the plant leaves and evaluate the evidence value of plant leaves.Methods Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) was used to observe the leaves of Magnolia grandiflora, Buxus sinica and Cynodon dactylon. The influence of geographical differences, natural air drying, acid and alkali environment on the characteristics of the leaf stomatal apparatus were studied.Results The longitudinal diameter, vertical diameter of leaf stomatal apparatus of three kinds of plant were difference, but for one kind of plant, the distribution, density, shape of stomatal apparatus was relatively stable.Conclusion The microstructure of plant leaf stomatal apparatus has great significance in determining the plant species in the forensic science field.

    Objective To compare amido black, titanium dioxide (TiO2) and acid yellow 7 for development of blood fingerprint on non-porous surface.Methods Three kinds of solutions which were prepared with amido black, titanium dioxide and acid yellow 7 respectively were tested for development of blood fingerprints on non-porous surface, and the results were compared.Results The solutions containing amido black and acid yellow 7 were more effective than solution of titanium dioxide, while yellow 7 and titanium dioxide solutions was of advantage to reduce the background interference.Conclusion Acid yellow 7 was more sensitive and suitable for developing blood fingerprint.

    Objective To develop a blood diluent for aged bloodstain grouping by using colloidal gold test strip.Methods 72 volunteers' blood and saliva stains and 2 eighteen years old case samples were treated with developed diluent and then tested by strip of colloidal gold.Results The ABO blood groups of 72 volunteers and 2 aged case samples were obtained correctly.Conclusion This method is easy to operate and can be used for detection of ABO blood groups in forensic science.

    Objective To explore a extraction and analysis method of Trojan.Methods Communication between simulation machine and victim machine was established first, then the data sent from simulation machine to victim machine were intercepted, and the Trojan was extract.Results Some Trojans were detected.Conclusion This method can be used in casework.

    Objective To establish a method for determining components of liquor by GC-MS.Methods The analytical conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were systematically optimized and eight kinds of liquor were analyzed.Results sixty -five compounds were detected in one kinds of liquor and the spectra of all liquor samples were different.Conclusion The method can be used for analysis of liquor components.

    Objective To develop a GC-MS/MS method for determination of benzodiazepines in blood.Methods Samples were extracted with supported liquid extraction columns and eluted by ethyl acetate. The collected solutions were analyzed by GC-MS/MS.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10ng/mL~1000ng/mL. The limit of detection (LOD) was in the range of 0.3~2.5ng/mL.The average recoveries were in the range of 85.2%~98.2%, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.1%~6.1%.Conclusion The method had high sensitivity and selectivity, and was suitable for determination of benzodiazepine in blood.

    In this study, a mass spectra library of 187 drugs was build and Q-TOF LC/MS method for screening and identifying drugs was established. With this library and method, we analyzed 20 blood samples each of them contained one kind of drugs; the positive rate was 85%. The results proved the method is sensitive and rapid for screening and identifying of drugs.

    Objective To study the stability of pore characteristics of fingerprint printed with ink.Methods The distances of pores in fingerprint were measured and the data were analyzed with statistics software.Results The most of the coefficient of variation for distances between pores was less than 5%.Conclusion The pore characteristics printed with ink are stable and can be used in casework.
